Killcare Surf Life Saving Club
Gosford City Council project - Designed by Andrew Neil Architect constructed by Mitchell Bros. Building & Electrical Contractors with the design involvement of Killcare Surf Club Building Committee. This design is precast panel construction locked at first floor level with ferals set into the Ultrafloor topping and a Bluescope permalite aluminium roof. The new club incorporating:- Ground floor - kiosk, training room, first aid room, patrol room, IRB surf boat & vehicle store room, boards/skis gear store room, male female & accessible members bathrooms and male female & accessible public amenities. Level 1 - cafe, club meetings room, male female & accessible toilets, bar, lounge, commercial kitchen and auditorium featuring parquetry flooring, two large store rooms and opening to spacious decks.
